By creating an account, you agree to follow the rules of this platform, pay the enrollment fee, and understand that all sales are final.
1. WHO THIS IS FOR
This program is for students aged 13 and older. If the student is 13–17, they must either be enrolled by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult, or enroll with their parent or guardian's permission. By creating an account, you are confirming that you meet this requirement.
2. WHAT YOU GET ACCESS TO
When you enroll, you receive access to the Life Skills 101 program. This includes the CROSSBEAM® Curriculum lessons, the financial simulation, vocabulary tools, and your certificate of completion. Your account is for your personal use only. Sharing your login with another person is not allowed.
3. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
The enrollment fee is due at the time of signup. All sales are final. We do not issue refunds after enrollment is complete. If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the program, contact us and we will work to resolve it.
4. YOUR ACCOUNT
You are responsible for keeping your password private. Do not share it with anyone. If you believe someone has accessed your account without your permission, contact us right away at info@theachievingacademy.com.
5. HOW TO USE THIS PLATFORM
This platform is designed for learning. You may not attempt to bypass the program, copy or reproduce course content, or interfere with other students' experience. Use of the platform must be honest and respectful.
6. OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT
All content in this program — including lessons, scenarios, the simulation, and the CROSSBEAM® Curriculum — is owned by The Achieving Academy. You may use it for your own learning. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce it in any form.
7. REFERRAL CODES
If you use a referral code when signing up, that code is connected to an active ambassador in our program. The ambassador may receive a commission once your enrollment payment is confirmed.
8. UPDATES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms at any time. If a significant change is made, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
9. LIMITATIONS
We make every effort to keep the platform available and running properly. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by circumstances outside our control. We are also not responsible for real-world outcomes resulting from decisions made based on program content.
10. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE
Life Skills 101 is an educational program. Its lessons, simulations, and materials are provided for learning purposes only and are not professional financial, legal, tax, or medical advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making important financial or legal decisions. The program is provided "as is," and we make no guarantee of any particular result.
11. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & REMOVAL
We may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms — for example, sharing a login, attempting to copy or reproduce program content, or interfering with or harassing other users. Where reasonable we will give notice, but we may act immediately to protect the platform or other users. If an account is removed for a violation, enrollment fees are non-refundable.
12. GOVERNING LAW
Life Skills 101 is offered to individuals across the United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and, where applicable, by the laws of the United States. This applies regardless of the state you enroll or access the program from.
13. PRIVACY & INACTIVE ACCOUNTS
We may deactivate or archive accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. How we handle your information — what we collect, how long we keep it, when inactive accounts are archived or deleted, and how to request deletion — is explained in our Privacy Policy.
